Cold Repair
Metal Stitching "Lock & Stitch" repair systemThis design of metal stitching is the strongest metal stitching ever. Patented in 1995, this method of metal stitching provides the following advantages: -
- SPEED - can be done quickly with pneumatic tools, 1" in 5 min
- EASY TO USE - the pins with straight shanks are designed with a break-off groove that allows each pin to break-off at a predetermined torque
- FLAWLESS FINISH - all pins have shoulders that are set into the casting and the threads are not exposed at the surface, allowing metal-to-metal surface finish
- HIGH PRESSURE SEAL - stress free, uniform repairs seals without epoxies and coatings, designed for high-pressure applications
- HOLDING POWER - pins and locks seals over every linear inch of the repair
- COMPLEX COUNTOURS - cracks on the inside and outside corners are as easy as flat surfaces with the Castmaster stitching pins which pulls the cracks together
This range of epoxies is a two-component repair and rebuilding material based on a ceramic steel reinforced polymer system. It provides quality solutions to a wide range of general engineering needs.
These epoxies will bond to almost any surface and can be machined using conventional tools. These epoxies will not corrode and is resistant to a wide range of chemicals.
These epoxies are ideal solutions for any Emergency Repairs that can be used for a wide range of applications, which reduces "down time" by keeping the machinery moving.
Polymer CoatingPolymer Coating is a thermal deposited powder that can be coated on most metallic, non-metallic and irregular surfaces.
It can seal out the toughest corrosive elements: water, salts and even acids. It even protects parts from abrasive wear, erosion and cavitations. In doing so, prevents damage and delaying replacement of parts and equipment.
Machining Facilities
In order to support our welding department, Fusion Clad Precision Technology Pte Ltd has set up a comprehensive machining department, equipped with a wide range of machineries and is able to undertake most fabrication work. Our specialised machining support department capability includes Lathe turning to accommodate up to O.D 280 x 10,600 mm, O.D 1100 x 1000, I.D as small as 90 mm x 1000 mm, Honing facilities up to 1200 mm, Milling facilities, O.D grinding and N.C milling machines.
Hard Chrome Plating
Our Hard Chrome facility is equipped with the state of the art vertical plating well with the capacity of up to Tank (1) 10 feet depth x 4 feet diameter, Tank (2) 10 feet depth x 6 feet diameter, Tank (3) 18 feet depth x 5 feet diameter, Tank (4) 18 feet depth x 6 feet x 3.5 feet. In total, 4 wells are available for large volume plating work.
Special polishing station with industrial Diamond abrasive consumables for extreme hard particles surface smoothness achievement is also available.
Coordinate Measuring Machine
Soon available at Fusion Clad Technology Pte Ltd is the high tech CMM, which allows us to perform precise Reverse Engineering, Copy Manufacturing & CAD drawing from actual components or Three Dimensions image production. We also provide on-site services for the task.
