Stub welding of Collars

This collar is being Stub-welded on one end due to heavy Wear on the internal diameter.
This is an especially approved Method of repair certified by each customer for the Procedures.

Internal Diameter Washout welding repair

The Internal diameter was rebuilt by our special welding process and torch, which is able to reach more than 4 feet.
Special material can be used to rebuild on material such as Inconel and other hard facing material.
Stub welding of Collars

This is a Stub welding of Down hole Mud rotors using very special proprietary procedures especially for the alignment of the Rotor lobes and the straightness of the rotors.
The salvage of rotor is achieved by combining the two good sections together to make one good length. This results in huge cost savings for the Oil and Gas industry.
Hard Facing of Non Magnetic parts

These part are Hard faced with Tungsten Carbide over the Outside diameter with three rings at designated areas for Wear protection as part of the requirement.
Such Wear Surfacing is homogeneously welded with fine & close Carbide matrix for extreme wear protection.
