A very high percentage of our daily domestic right to industrial products is made of a wide range of polymer and plastic material. The high cost of production for these industries stems from the high cost of equipment required to produce strong and hardy engineering plastics.

Fusion Clad has the necessary exposure and experience in recovering these expensive equipments by introducing Hard facing to further extend the lifespan of such equipment to cut cost of operation, decrease down time and reduce waste.

The rebuilding of Special Forged steel drive shaft with its journal over 400 mm O.D has been welding successfully with out any distortion using our special welding process.

Final machining is done by grinding process.
